Program Design. We conduct best practice research to identify the prevailing theories and promising practices in specific program areas. We then advise our clients on how to reflect sound theory and practice in their program design, include a program logic model.

Evaluation Design. We can design an evaluation which answers the key questions being asked by the program stakeholders - especially funders. Our approach is to design an evaluation system which captures the needed information as part of the normal business processes of the organization.

Capacity Building. We can collect evaluation data ourselves or equip your organization by providing technical assistance for designing surveys, data bases, sampling strategies, etc.

Smart Collaboration. We can help multiple people engage in collaborative program development over a shared platform of web-based resources and group planning sessions. Or, we can train multiple people in how to become more effective designers and evaluators.
